Se’if 1א׳

It is forbidden to slaughter "it and its young" (Leviticus 22:28) in one day, and there is no difference whether it be the mother and afterwards the son or the daughter, or the son or the daughter and afterwards the mother.

Se’if 2ב׳

The prohibition of "oto ve-et beno" (the prohibition against slaughtering an animal and its offspring on the same day) applies to females, since this one is her young for certain; and if it became known for certain that this one is its father, they do not slaughter the two of them in one day, and if he slaughtered he is not flogged, since the matter is in doubt whether it applies to males or does not apply.

Se’if 3ג׳

If he transgressed and slaughtered oto ve-et beno on one day, it is permitted to eat them; and there is one who forbids eating the last on that same day.
