Se’if 1א׳

An idolater (oved kokhavim — the standing term for a gentile) took a vessel of wine and lifted it and poured out the wine — even though he did not stir it, it has become forbidden for drinking, for the wine came by his force; and what remained in the vessel is forbidden also, on account of nitzok (the unbroken stream of poured wine, which joins what is above to what is below). And there are those who say that we do not forbid on account of nitzok where it is by the force of an idolater (Tur, and the Rosh, and Mordechai, and the Ran in the name of Rashi, and the Tosafot, and Raavan, and a responsum of Teshuvot Maimoniot on the Laws of Forbidden Foods, siman 11); and in any case one is to be stringent if it is not in a case of great loss, as below in siman 126. And if it is without intent, in that he did not know that it was wine, or where he did not lift the vessel (Beit Yosef, siman 124), the whole is permitted even for drinking.

Se’if 2ב׳

The force of his force is regarded as his force. And if it is the force of the force of his force — such as the beam of the winepress that an idolater turned, where there are three forces, the boards and the wheel and the beam — after the fact it is permitted even for drinking.

Se’if 3ג׳

If the force of an Israelite and the force of an idolater are mixed together, such as where the two of them poured together, it is permitted after the fact; and even if the idolater was able to pour by himself without the help of the Israelite. And that is where the Israelite who helps is grown; but if he was a small boy it is forbidden, because it is a help that has no substance in it.
