Liquids that were left uncovered — the Sages forbade them, for we are concerned lest a snake drank of them and cast venom into them. And now that snakes are not commonly found among us, it is permitted.
Se’if 2ב׳
One must be careful not to eat meat and fish together, because it brings on leprosy. Hagah [Rema]: And likewise one is not to roast meat together with fish, on account of the smell. However, after the fact it is not forbidden (Issur v'Heter haAroch, klal 39, law 25).
Se’if 3ג׳
He should wash his hands between meat and fish, and eat dipped bread in between, to wash his mouth. Hagahah: And some says that there is no concern for this unless he cooks and eats eats them togther, but to each them one after the other there is not concern. And the custom is not to wash ones mouth and hands between, but still one should eat and drink something. Since this fulfills kinuach and hadachah
