Se’if 1א׳
בְּיוֹם שֵׁנִי מְבָרֵךְ עַל נְטִילַת לוּלָב, וְכֵן בְּכָל שְׁאָר יָמִים.
The order of prayers on the second day of Sukkot, 3 Seifim: On the second day, we bless "...on the taking of the lulav"; the same for the other days.
Se’if 2ב׳
אֵינוֹ מְבָרֵךְ זְמַן בְּיוֹם שֵׁנִי עַל הַלּוּלָב, אֶלָּא אִם כֵּן חָל יוֹם רִאשׁוֹן בְּשַׁבָּת.
Shehecheyanu is not said on the second day over the lulav unless the first day was Shabbat.
Se’if 3ג׳
מוֹצִיאִים שְׁנֵי סְפָרִים וְקוֹרִין בָּהֶם פָּרָשִׁיּוֹת שֶׁנִּקְרְאוּ אֶתְמוֹל, וּמַפְטִיר בִּמְלָכִים: וַיִּקָּהֲלוּ, עַד: בְּהוֹצִיאִי אוֹתָם מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם.
We take out two [Torah] scrolls and read the same sections that were read the previous day. The haftarah is from Kings, "They gathered" [Kings I 8:2] until "when I took them out of Egypt" [Kings I 8:21].
