אֵלּוּ הַיָּמִים שֶׁאֵין קוֹבְעִים בָּהֶם הַמּוֹעֲדִים; לֹא אד"ו רֹאשׁ הַשָּׁנָה, וְלֹא גא"ו יוֹם הַכִּפּוּרִים, וְלֹא זב"ד פּוּרִים, וְלֹא בד"ו פֶּסַח, וְלֹא גה "ז עֲצֶרֶת וְהוֹשַׁעְנָא רַבָּה, לֹא ג' חֲנֻכָּה, וְלֹא אג"ו צוֹם אֶסְתֵּר, וְלֹא בד"ו צוֹם תַּמּוּז וְאָב. לְעוֹלָם בַּיּוֹם שֶׁיִּהְיֶה פּוּרִים יִהְיֶה ל"ג לָעֹמֶר, וְסִימָן פל"ג, וּבַיּוֹם שֶׁיִּהְיֶה חֲנֻכָּה יִהְיֶה עֲצֶרֶת.
These are the days on which the holidays may not fall: Rosh Hashanah not on Sunday, Wednesday or Friday; Yom Kippur - not on Sunday, Tuesday, or Friday; Purim - not on Shabbat, Monday or Wednesday; Pesach - not on Monday, Wednesday or Friday; Atzeret(Shavuot) and Hoshanah Rabbah - not on Tuesday, Thursday or Shabbat; Chanukah - not on Tuesday; Taanit Esther - not on Sunday, Tuesday or Friday; 17th Tammuz and Tisha b'Av - not on Monday, Wednesday and Shabbat; The day on which Purim is always the day of the week as Lag b'Omer, and the sign is P'LaG; and the day on which Chanukah falls will also fall Atzeret(Shavuot).

סִימָן לִקְבִיעַת הַמּוֹעֲדִים; א"ת ב"ש, ג"ר ד"ק, ה "ץ ו"ף, פֵּרוּשׁ: בְּיוֹם רִאשׁוֹן שֶׁל פֶּסַח יִהְיֶה לְעוֹלָם תִּשְׁעָה בְּאָב וְסִימָן: עַל מַצּוֹת וּמְרֹרִים יֹאכְלֻהוּ (בַּמִּדְבָּר ט, יא). בְּיוֹם ב' בּוֹ שָׁבוּעוֹת, וּבְיוֹם ג' בּוֹ רֹאשׁ הַשָּׁנָה, בְּיוֹם ד' בּוֹ קְרִיאַת הַתּוֹרָה שֶׁהוּא שִׂמְחַת תּוֹרָה, בְּיוֹם ה' בּוֹ צוֹם כִּפּוּר, בְּיוֹם ו' בּוֹ פּוּרִים שֶׁעָבַר.

Meaning: on the weekday of the first day of Passover will always fall the ninth of Av, and the mnemonic is: "they shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs" (Numbers 9:11).
