Se’if 1א׳

אֵין לְבָרֵךְ שׁוּם בְּרָכָה כְּשֶׁחוֹלֵץ תְּפִלִּין אֲפִלּוּ כְּשֶׁחוֹלְצָם עֶרֶב שַׁבָּת בֵּין הַשְּׁמָשׁוֹת:

One should not make a blessing at all when he removes the tefillin even when he removes them on the eve of the Sabbath at [the time of] "between the suns" (dusk).
