Se’if 1א׳

דין אשה ועבד וקטן שגנבו. ובו ה סעיפים: אחד האיש ואחד האשה שגנבו חייבים לשלם אלא שאשת איש שגנבה אם אין הקרן בעין או חלופיו אין לה ממה לשלם עד שתתאלמן או תתגרש:

The law of a woman, a slave and a minor who stole; it contains five se'ifim. Both a man and a woman who stole are liable to pay; except that a married woman who stole — if the principal is not in existence, nor what was exchanged for it, she has nothing from which to pay until she is widowed or divorced.

Se’if 2ב׳

אשת ראובן השאילה לאשת שמעון חפצים ויצא קול בעיר שנגנבו אם שמעון מודה שהחפצים באו לרשותו ואינו יודע מה נעשה בהם צריך לישבע שאינם ברשותו ושלא שלח בהם יד וגם האשה תשבע שאינם ברשותה ויכתבו עליה פסק דין שחייבת לשלם לה החפצים לכשתתאלמן או תתגרש (וע"ל ס"ס צ"ז):

Reuven's wife lent articles to Shimon's wife, and a report went out in the town that they had been stolen. If Shimon admits that the articles came into his domain, and he does not know what became of them, he must swear that they are not in his domain and that he did not put forth his hand to them; and the woman too swears that they are not in her domain; and they write a verdict against her, that she must pay her for the articles when she is widowed or divorced (and see above, end of siman 97).

Se’if 3ג׳

קטן שגנב מחזירין קרן לבעלים אם הוא בעין ואם אינו בעין פטור אף לאחר שיגדיל:

A minor who stole — the principal is returned to the owner if it is in existence; and if it is not in existence, he is exempt, even after he grows up.
