Rav Acha bar Yosef, of the fourth Babylonian generation, is named four times, three of them in Shabbat and the fourth in Chullin.

He is cited in the company of Rav Chisda and Rav Adda. The roster marks the entry for review, since the many sages named Acha are not always separated by the Bavli's forms, and beyond that little can be said of him with confidence.

Rarely cited.
