Rabbi Shmuel bar Rav, of the third amoraic generation in Eretz Yisrael, is named three times, twice in Shekalim — whose printed Gemara is the Yerushalmi's rather than the Bavli's — and once in Berachot.

The roster marks the entry for review, since the form does not by itself fix which sage is meant. Era, generation and those citations are the whole of what can be said with confidence.
