Rabbi Nachum, of the third amoraic generation in Eretz Yisrael, is named five times in five different tractates — Berachot, Chullin, Shabbat, Yevamot and Yoma — with no field of law in which the name gathers. Once he reports a teaching in the name of Rabbi Yehuda HaNasi.

The bare name is borne by more than one sage, tanna and amora alike, and the Bavli's unqualified form does not separate them; the roster marks the entry for review accordingly.
