יְרוּשַׁלְמִי The Jerusalem Talmud

39 tractates, 297 perakim — 2,204 halakhot

The Jerusalem Talmud is outside the 24 books of Tanakh, so it is not indexed here and carries no gematria figures — this section is for reading and learning.

זרעיםSeder Zera'imBlessings, and the laws of working the land

All eleven tractates of Zera'im have Gemara here. The agricultural law of the Land is this Talmud's home ground — the Bavli has Gemara on Berachot alone.

מועדSeder Mo'edShabbat, the festivals and the fasts

נשיםSeder NashimMarriage, divorce and vows

נזיקיןSeder NezikinDamages, courts, oaths and idolatry

טהרותSeder TaharotRitual purity — one tractate, and it breaks off unfinished

Niddah is the only tractate of Taharot the Yerushalmi treats, and it breaks off inside its fourth chapter. Nothing further of it survives.

There is no Seder Kodashim in the Jerusalem Talmud. Whether it was ever completed is an old argument; no part of it survives, so there is nothing to show and nothing missing from this app.

The Hebrew and the English are both Heinrich W. Guggenheimer's edition and translation (De Gruyter, 1999–2015), which Sefaria publishes under CC BY — the only complete English Jerusalem Talmud there is, and a fully vocalized Hebrew beside it. Nine passages out of more than twelve thousand have no English yet and say so where they stand. The whole Yerushalmi is on this device already — opening a perek costs nothing.
