2 Chronicles 24:5 · דברי הימים ב כד:ה

וַיִּקְבֹּץ אֶת־הַכֹּהֲנִים וְהַלְוִיִּם וַיֹּאמֶר לָהֶם צְאוּ לְעָרֵי יְהוּדָה וְקִבְצוּ מִכָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵל כֶּסֶף לְחַזֵּק אֶת־בֵּית אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶם מִדֵּי שָׁנָה בְּשָׁנָה וְאַתֶּם תְּמַהֲרוּ לַדָּבָר וְלֹא מִֽהֲרוּ הַֽלְוִיִּֽם

And he gathered together the priests and the Levites, and said to them: ‘Go out unto the cities of Judah, and gather of all Israel money to repair the house of your God from year to year, and see that ye hasten the matter.’ Howbeit the Levites hastened it not.

2 Chronicles 24:6 · דברי הימים ב כד:ו

וַיִּקְרָא הַמֶּלֶךְ לִֽיהוֹיָדָע הָרֹאשׁ וַיֹּאמֶר לוֹ מַדּוּעַ לֹֽא־דָרַשְׁתָּ עַל־הַלְוִיִּם לְהָבִיא מִֽיהוּדָה וּמִֽירוּשָׁלִַם אֶת־מַשְׂאַת מֹשֶׁה עֶֽבֶד־יְהוָה וְהַקָּהָל לְיִשְׂרָאֵל לְאֹהֶל הָעֵדֽוּת

And the king called for Jehoiada the chief, and unto him: ‘Why hast thou not required of the Levites to bring in out of Judah and out of Jerusalem the tax of Moses the servant of the LORD, and of the congregation of Israel, for the tent of the testimony?’

2 Chronicles 24:7 · דברי הימים ב כד:ז

כִּי עֲתַלְיָהוּ הַמִּרְשַׁעַת בָּנֶיהָ פָרְצוּ אֶת־בֵּית הָאֱלֹהִים וְגַם כָּל־קָדְשֵׁי בֵית־יְהוָה עָשׂוּ לַבְּעָלִֽים

For the sons of Athaliah, that wicked woman, had broken up the house of God; and also all the hallowed things of the house of the LORD did they bestow upon the Baalim.

2 Chronicles 24:8 · דברי הימים ב כד:ח

וַיֹּאמֶר הַמֶּלֶךְ וַֽיַּעֲשׂוּ אֲרוֹן אֶחָד וַֽיִּתְּנֻהוּ בְּשַׁעַר בֵּית־יְהוָה חֽוּצָה

So the king commanded, and they made a chest, and set it without at the gate of the house of the LORD.

2 Chronicles 24:9 · דברי הימים ב כד:ט

וַיִּתְּנוּ־קוֹל בִּֽיהוּדָה וּבִֽירוּשָׁלִַם לְהָבִיא לַֽיהוָה מַשְׂאַת מֹשֶׁה עֶֽבֶד־הָאֱלֹהִים עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵל בַּמִּדְבָּֽר

And they made a proclamation through Judah and Jerusalem, to bring in for the LORD the tax that Moses the servant of God laid upon Israel in the wilderness.
