וְאֶת־בֵּֽית־צוּר וְאֶת־שׂוֹכוֹ וְאֶת־עֲדֻלָּֽם
and Beth-zur, and Soco, and Adullam,
וְאֶת־גַּת וְאֶת־מָרֵשָׁה וְאֶת־זִֽיף
and Gath, and Mareshah, and Ziph,
וְאֶת־אֲדוֹרַיִם וְאֶת־לָכִישׁ וְאֶת־עֲזֵקָֽה
and Adoraim, and Lachish, and Azekah,
וְאֶת־צָרְעָה וְאֶת־אַיָּלוֹן וְאֶת־חֶבְרוֹן אֲשֶׁר בִּיהוּדָה וּבְבִנְיָמִן עָרֵי מְצֻרֽוֹת
and Zorah, and Aijalon, and Hebron, which are in Judah and in Benjamin, fortified cities.
וַיְחַזֵּק אֶת־הַמְּצֻרוֹת וַיִּתֵּן בָּהֶם נְגִידִים וְאֹצְרוֹת מַאֲכָל וְשֶׁמֶן וָיָֽיִן
And he fortified the strongholds, and put captains in them, and store of victual, and oil and wine.
