יַחְלְמוּ בְנֵיהֶם יִרְבּוּ בַבָּר יָצְאוּ וְלֹא־שָׁבוּ לָֽמוֹ
Their young ones wax strong, they grow up in the open field; They go forth, and return not again.
מִֽי־שִׁלַּח פֶּרֶא חָפְשִׁי וּמֹסְרוֹת עָרוֹד מִי פִתֵּֽחַ
Who hath sent out the wild ass free? Or who hath loosed the bands of the wild ass?
אֲשֶׁר־שַׂמְתִּי עֲרָבָה בֵיתוֹ וּֽמִשְׁכְּנוֹתָיו מְלֵֽחָה
Whose house I have made the wilderness, And the salt land his dwelling-place.
יִשְׂחַק לַהֲמוֹן קִרְיָה תְּשֻׁאוֹת נוֹגֵשׂ לֹא יִשְׁמָֽע
He scorneth the tumult of the city, Neither heareth he the shoutings of the driver.
יְתוּר הָרִים מִרְעֵהוּ וְאַחַר כָּל־יָרוֹק יִדְרֽוֹשׁ
The range of the mountains is his pasture, And he searcheth after every green thing.
