וַיִּפְרְקֵנוּ מִצָּרֵינוּ כִּי לְעוֹלָם חַסְדּֽוֹ
And hath delivered us from our adversaries, For His mercy endureth for ever.
נֹתֵן לֶחֶם לְכָל־בָּשָׂר כִּי לְעוֹלָם חַסְדּֽוֹ
Who giveth food to all flesh, For His mercy endureth for ever.
הוֹדוּ לְאֵל הַשָּׁמָיִם כִּי לְעוֹלָם חַסְדּֽוֹ
O give thanks unto the God of heaven, For His mercy endureth for ever.
עַל נַהֲרוֹת בָּבֶל שָׁם יָשַׁבְנוּ גַּם־בָּכִינוּ בְּזָכְרֵנוּ אֶת־צִיּֽוֹן
By the rivers of Babylon, There we sat down, yea, we wept, When we remembered Zion.
עַֽל־עֲרָבִים בְּתוֹכָהּ תָּלִינוּ כִּנֹּרוֹתֵֽינוּ
Upon the willows in the midst thereof We hanged up our harps.
