אַרְבָּעִים שָׁנָה אָקוּט בְּדוֹר וָאֹמַר עַם תֹּעֵי לֵבָב הֵם וְהֵם לֹא־יָדְעוּ דְרָכָֽי
For forty years was I wearied with that generation, And said: It is a people that do err in their heart, And they have not known My ways;
אֲשֶׁר־נִשְׁבַּעְתִּי בְאַפִּי אִם־יְבֹאוּן אֶל־מְנוּחָתִֽי
Wherefore I swore in My wrath, That they should not enter into My rest.'
שִׁירוּ לַיהוָה שִׁיר חָדָשׁ שִׁירוּ לַיהוָה כָּל־הָאָֽרֶץ
O sing unto the LORD a new song; Sing unto the LORD, all the earth.
שִׁירוּ לַיהוָה בָּרֲכוּ שְׁמוֹ בַּשְּׂרוּ מִיּֽוֹם־לְיוֹם יְשׁוּעָתֽוֹ
Sing unto the LORD, bless His name; Proclaim His salvation from day to day.
סַפְּרוּ בַגּוֹיִם כְּבוֹדוֹ בְּכָל־הָֽעַמִּים נִפְלְאוֹתָֽיו
Declare His glory among the nations, His marvellous works among all the peoples.
