וַאֲנִי בְּתֻמִּי תָּמַכְתָּ בִּי וַתַּצִּיבֵנִי לְפָנֶיךָ לְעוֹלָֽם
And as for me, Thou upholdest me because of mine integrity, and settest me before Thy face for ever.
בָּרוּךְ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל מֵֽהָעוֹלָם וְעַד הָעוֹלָם אָמֵן וְאָמֵֽן
Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting and to everlasting. Amen, and Amen.
לַמְנַצֵּחַ מַשְׂכִּיל לִבְנֵי־קֹֽרַח
For the Leader; Maschil of the sons of Korah.
כְּאַיָּל תַּעֲרֹג עַל־אֲפִֽיקֵי־מָיִם כֵּן נַפְשִׁי תַעֲרֹג אֵלֶיךָ אֱלֹהִֽים
As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after Thee, O God.
צָמְאָה נַפְשִׁי לֵאלֹהִים לְאֵל חָי מָתַי אָבוֹא וְאֵרָאֶה פְּנֵי אֱלֹהִֽים
My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: 'When shall I come and appear before God?'
