וְֽהוֹשִׁיעָם יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיהֶם בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא כְּצֹאן עַמּוֹ כִּי אַבְנֵי־נֵזֶר מִֽתְנוֹסְסוֹת עַל־אַדְמָתֽוֹ
And the LORD their God shall save them in that day As the flock of His people; For they shall be as the stones of a crown, Glittering over His land.
כִּי מַה־טּוּבוֹ וּמַה־יָפְיוֹ דָּגָן בַּֽחוּרִים וְתִירוֹשׁ יְנוֹבֵב בְּתֻלֽוֹת
For how great is their goodness, and how great is their beauty! Corn shall make the young men flourish, And new wine the maids.
שַׁאֲלוּ מֵיְהוָה מָטָר בְּעֵת מַלְקוֹשׁ יְהוָה עֹשֶׂה חֲזִיזִים וּמְטַר־גֶּשֶׁם יִתֵּן לָהֶם לְאִישׁ עֵשֶׂב בַּשָּׂדֶֽה
Ask ye of the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain, Even of the LORD that maketh lightnings; And He will give them showers of rain, To every one grass in the field.
כִּי הַתְּרָפִים דִּבְּרוּ־אָוֶן וְהַקּֽוֹסְמִים חָזוּ שֶׁקֶר וַֽחֲלֹמוֹת הַשָּׁוא יְדַבֵּרוּ הֶבֶל יְנַֽחֵמוּן עַל־כֵּן נָסְעוּ כְמוֹ־צֹאן יַעֲנוּ כִּֽי־אֵין רֹעֶֽה
For the teraphim have spoken vanity, And the diviners have seen a lie, And the dreams speak falsely, They comfort in vain; Therefore they go their way like sheep, They are afflicted, because there is no shepherd.
עַל־הָֽרֹעִים חָרָה אַפִּי וְעַל־הָעַתּוּדִים אֶפְקוֹד כִּֽי־פָקַד יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת אֶת־עֶדְרוֹ אֶת־בֵּית יְהוּדָה וְשָׂם אוֹתָם כְּסוּס הוֹדוֹ בַּמִּלְחָמָֽה
Mine anger is kindled against the shepherds, And I will punish the he-goats; For the LORD of hosts hath remembered His flock the house of Judah, And maketh them as His majestic horse in the battle.
