Thirty-seven of these tractates carry the Babylonian Gemara. Shekalim is printed in the Shas with the Yerushalmi's Gemara — the Bavli has none on it — and Kinnim and Midot are Mishnah with commentaries alone. All forty are bound into the Vilna Shas and all forty are learnt in the Daf Yomi cycle, so all forty open here.
