Every place this Name stands — 2,598 occurrences in the Tanakh, in canonical order, first appearance to last. These are the words the lexicon carries under this Name, counting every form the text writes it in — with a particle fused to the front, or bound to what follows — which is the number on the list.

Its form is plural and its verb is singular. The Rambam's list names it, and the possessive Elohai — my God — alongside it.
