PersonGematria 30×819 named in TanakhFirst appearance:

Fourth son of Yaakov and Leah, whose name Leah connected to praising God (Genesis 29:35). He proposed selling Yosef rather than killing him (Genesis 37), and his descendants became the tribe from which the line of kings, including David, descended (Genesis 49:10). This spelling is also an ordinary word built on the Hebrew root for praise or thanksgiving, so the count reflects both uses.

so again do I purpose in these days to do good unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah; fear ye not.

A spelling is not a name. The written word יהודה stands 684 times in the corpus, which is a different question and often a different number: the same letters can spell another name or an ordinary word, and a name written with a particle attached is a word that search never returns. It is here, as itself.
