A Jewish orphan raised by her cousin Mordechai in Shushan, chosen queen of Persia by King Achashverosh. At great personal risk she revealed her identity and Haman's plot to destroy her people, securing their deliverance (Book of Esther). This spelling is shared with an ordinary Hebrew word, so the count is not of her alone.

Esther 9:12

And the king said unto Esther the queen: ‘The Jews have slain and destroyed five hundred men in Shushan the castle, and the ten sons of Haman; what then have they done in the rest of the king’s provinces! Now whatever thy petition, it shall be granted thee; and whatever thy request further, it shall be done.’

Esther 9:13

Then said Esther: ‘If it please the king, let it be granted to the Jews that are in Shushan to do to-morrow also according unto this day’s decree, and let Haman’s ten sons be hanged upon the gallows.’

Esther 9:29

Then Esther the queen, the daughter of Abihail, and Mordecai the Jew, wrote down all the acts of power, to confirm this second letter of Purim.

Esther 9:31

And the commandment of Esther confirmed these matters of Purim; and it was written in the book.

A spelling is not a name. The written word אסתר stands 44 times in the corpus, which is a different question and often a different number: the same letters can spell another name or an ordinary word, and a name written with a particle attached is a word that search never returns. It is here, as itself.
